We're building Singapore's home for AI interior design. Not a generic global tool — a platform built from the ground up for Singapore's housing market.
Our Mission
Renovation decisions involve significant budgets, many suppliers, and choices that can be difficult to understand from sketches and sample boards alone.
We started ElumiHome because we believe every homeowner — whether renovating a 3-room BTO or a Sentosa condo — deserves to see their home before they commit to it. Photorealistic AI visualisation should not be a luxury.
We also noticed something else: every AI interior design tool available was built for generic global markets. None understood HDB flat types, BTO renovation constraints, Singapore supplier ecosystems, or the specific styles that resonate with Singapore buyers. We decided to build the tool we wished existed.

Every feature is built around Singapore's unique housing market — HDB regulations, BTO timelines, local suppliers, and SGD pricing. We don't offer a generic tool and add a SG flag.
Technically Honest
AI-generated designs are photorealistic concepts, not final renders. We're clear about what AI can and cannot do, and we invest heavily in quality scoring to give you results worth your time.
Accessible Design
Early design exploration should be accessible. One free room redesign and transparent credit pricing let homeowners test the workflow before committing.
Regulation-Aware
Singapore has specific HDB renovation rules that catch many homeowners off-guard. We flag common HDB-sensitive requests early so you know what to verify with HDB and qualified professionals before work starts.
The Product
ElumiHome uses geometry-aware FLUX image-to-image models via fal.ai for photorealistic concepts that begin with your uploaded room. Paid generations produce 2 variants, typically within 1–2 minutes. AI may still alter details or proportions, so results are visualization concepts rather than technical plans.
Beyond generation, we've built Singapore-specific layers:
- Prompt-based HDB planning guidance across 7 common rule categories
- SGD renovation cost estimator by flat type and style
- Local furniture supplier links (Castlery, Scanteak, IKEA SG, and more)
- Virtual staging for property agents with disclosure guidance
