Do credits roll over?
Subscription credits do not roll over — they refresh at the start of each billing cycle. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months.
What payment methods do you accept?
Plan subscriptions are paid by credit or debit card. PayNow is available for one-time credit top-ups. Payments are processed via Stripe Singapore and all prices are in SGD.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets 3 free credits on signup with no credit card required. The Starter plan also offers an optional 7-day free trial when you upgrade.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
