Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ElumiHome (“the Service”), operated by ElumiHome Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ElumiHome is an AI-powered interior design visualisation platform that allows users to upload photos of rooms and generate redesigned versions using artificial intelligence. The Service is intended for visualisation and inspiration purposes only and does not constitute professional interior design, architectural, structural, or renovation advice.

3. Credit System

• Credits are purchased or granted as part of subscription plans.
• Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Top-up credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or where generation fails due to a platform error.
• Free credits granted on registration may not be converted to cash and are subject to usage restrictions.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Upload images containing personally identifiable information of third parties without consent;
• Use the Service to generate content that is obscene, defamatory, or unlawful;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the Service's AI models;
• Use automated tools to generate content at scale without prior written authorisation;
• Resell AI-generated outputs without a valid commercial licence (Studio, Agency, or an Agent plan).

5. Intellectual Property

Your uploads: You retain ownership of room images, floor plans, and report reference images you upload and confirm that you have the right to use them. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to store and process those files for the purpose of providing the Service.

AI-generated outputs: You own the AI-generated outputs produced from your uploads, subject to the licence level of your plan. Free plan outputs may be watermarked. Commercial use is permitted on Studio, Agency, Agent Starter, and Agent Pro plans.

Platform: All other platform content, including prompts, models, and code, is owned by ElumiHome Pte Ltd.

6. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated designs are photorealistic concepts and not engineering drawings, architectural plans, or renovation specifications. Floor plan extraction may misread labels, dimensions, walls, openings, or fixtures and is used only as optional spatial context after user confirmation. ElumiHome does not guarantee structural accuracy, renovation feasibility, HDB approval, or compliance with applicable regulations. Prompt-based HDB guidance is general information only and does not constitute professional advice. Always verify the official plan and consult a licensed contractor or interior designer before undertaking any renovation.

7. Virtual Staging Disclosure

Virtually staged images produced by ElumiHome must be disclosed as “AI Virtually Staged” or “Virtually Staged” when used in property listings in compliance with applicable advertising standards and PropertyGuru, 99.co, or other portal policies.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until cancellation. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, ElumiHome Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
